BIOGRAPHY
From an early age, I loved singing and acting. Together with my friends, I made up the most fun shows, just for the sake of it. My mother eventually enrolled me in singing and musical theatre classes, and that's where I really found my passion. I'll never forget my very first performance – “Tomorrow” from Annie – the applause was magical!
After secondary school, I performed in various amateur musicals. At first, I tried studying leisure and hospitality at the Cosmo Academy, but I soon realised that I wanted to pursue singing and dancing. So I enrolled at the Dutch Academy of Performing Arts, where I obtained my diploma in musical theatre and learned a great deal about the performing arts. Thanks to inspiring singing and drama teachers, I have grown enormously and dare to show myself more and more.
Through school and work, I had many opportunities to perform, from choir to Christmas shows. Among other roles, I played Bella in the Stuufeiland Musicals at De Zandstuve (2019-present), Sadista in The Wiz (DAPA, 2019) and Hofmaarschalk in Het Vliegend Schip (Scylla theatre productions, 2020) I was also an entertainer at Centerparc De Huttenheugte (2022-2024) and appeared as a fairy tale fan in ‘I Can See Your Voice’ (2023).
I currently teach musical theatre to different age groups and every year I write my own piece for their final performance or help with the creative process.
I am curious to see what the future holds and look forward to even more wonderful experiences!
